Evidence of competence in managing dysphagic patients will be required for all adult positions and those in paediatric dysphagia; for other paediatric posts this will not be required

The process of HCPC Registration
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will need to register with the HCPC prior to deployment to the UK.
Our team will be on hand every step of the way to help you, with expert advice and support.
Please note that in accordance with the UK Code of Practice for International Recruitment, we cannot recruit from these countries.
The adult speech and language therapy team assess, diagnose and provide goal directed-intervention for adults with speech, language, communication and/or swallowing difficulties resulting from acquired neurological or progressive neurological conditions, such as strokes, Multiple Sclerosis & Parkinson’s; as well as age-related conditions affecting the elderly, such as dementia.

Children's Speech & Language Therapy
Our children's speech and language therapy teams assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children and young people with speech, language, communication and/or swallowing problems to help them communicate to the best of their ability.
We work in partnership with parents, nurseries, children’s centres and school staff to embed communication goals in a child’s everyday environment.
English Language Proficiency
If you have qualified in a country where English is not the primary language, you will need to pass one of the following English language tests as part of your UK registration application.
