Minimum criteria

1. Qualified (or currently in training) as a Health Visitor / Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
2. Current NMC registration
3. Evidence of continuing post-registration education and training
4. Health visiting experience
5. Well versed in co-ordinating health promotion initiatives
6. Experienced in assessing, planning and implementing programmes of care
7. Used to working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
8. Up to date on recent developments in primary care and health legislation

CLCH will pay £500 towards the cost of your driving lessons/test to help you get your licence.

Health Visitors will have access to the Trust's pool cars for use during their working day.
